Pale, almost clear straw.
Nose
Floral with honeysuckle and roses, and tropical fruit - especially bananas.
Palate
Very light bodied and slight on the palate. Slightly citrusy but lacking any real acidity or fruit character.
Overall
This fruit for this Maipú-made wine was sourced in Salta, and the enticing nose reflects the typical high-altitude floral and tropical characteristics. Unfortunately the palate really doesn't deliver anything, either good or bad, of much interest at all. You would be justified in demanding more at this price-point.
